Clint Jones

As a developer, real estate attorney and a licensed realtor, Mr. Jones has 20 years real estate experience involving residential and luxury developments, commercial developments, and multifamily projects that exceed $4 billion.  His experience includes all facets of real estate projects including land use, design, entitlements, construction, marketing, sales and hospitality.  With recent projects throughout the United States, Mr. Jones has successfully participated in projects in multiple jurisdictions.  Prior to his existing role as a developer, Mr. Jones served as Regional General Counsel for Centex Homes, a Fortune 200 National Home Builder in the United States, overseeing that firm’s various single family and multifamily developments throughout Texas.  Prior to that, he worked for the international law firm, Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where he was involved in transactions involving numerous commercial and residential developments.  From a shopping mall in downtown Chicago, an industrial park in Austin, retail anchor stores across the United States, and numerous single family and multifamily developments, Mr. Jones has participated in the most complex real estate projects.  He has worked with some of the largest private equity funds, national and local homebuilders, major retailers and residential and resort developers in assisting in their developments throughout the country.  With such an extensive background in all phases of residential and commercial development and assisting clients in entity formation and other transactional matters, Mr. Jones brings tremendous legal and business experience to any development.

Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.  After that, he earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review and received numerous awards.

Currently, Mr. Jones is employed by McCombs Enterprises, where he oversees developments funded by Mr. Red McCombs of San Antonio, Texas.  Such developments include The Summit at Lake Travis, a single family development that was pre-sold before the entitlements were achieved, The Village at Wolf Creek, a mixed use ski village at the base of the Wolf Creek Ski Area in Colorado, and The Reserve at Lake Travis, a luxury waterfront residential development on Lake Travis near Austin, Texas, which includes a private lake club, marina, equestrian center, restaurant, lodge and condominiums.
